I read this recipe in one of her cookbooks a couple of months ago and was curious and had to try it. I’ve used it on chicken, beef, and even popcorn. I keep a shaker of this right next to the salt and pepper.
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
