Cranberry Salsa

PROFILEmainThis zesty relish pairs wonderfully with turkey. For a festive holiday salsa, try it with sweet potatoes or tortilla chips.

Yield: 3 cups


  • 1 10 oz package fresh or frozen whole cranberries
  • 2 oranges, peeled, seeded, and quartered
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro


  1. Place ingredients in bowl of food processor. Pulse 4 or 5 times until mixture is coarsely chopped.
