I absolutely love deviled eggs. There are several million, roughly, recipes for them, but here’s one a local restaurant in our area uses.
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1/4 cup dill relish
- 2-3 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Shell the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and smash them with ingredients until smoothly blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff equal amounts into the hollow of each egg white. You may sprinkle paprika or parsley on top if desired.
