Deviled Eggs

deviledeggsI absolutely love deviled eggs. There are several million, roughly, recipes for them, but here’s one a local restaurant in our area uses.

Yield: 12


  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup dill relish
  • 2-3 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper


  1. Shell the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and smash them with ingredients until smoothly blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stuff equal amounts into the hollow of each egg white. You may sprinkle paprika or parsley on top if desired.
