This tasty nutty treat is great for breakfasts, snacks, picnics, and parties.
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Vanilla to taste
- Honey to bind
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the above ingredients except the honey and mix them together in a large bowl. Add just enough honey to bind everything together.
- Firmly press the wet granola into the pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and slightly firm to touch. Let cool completely and cut into squares or rectangles.
