- 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
- 1 pkt. Shake’N’Bake Chicken Coating Mix
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- Coat chicken with coating mix and bake as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
- Serve chicken topped with sour cream mixture.
