Chicken with Lemon Aioli

  • 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
  • 1 pkt. Shake’N’Bake Chicken Coating Mix
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic


  1. Coat chicken with coating mix and bake as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  3. Serve chicken topped with sour cream mixture.
